There are many companies that promise things and don't deliver. This is surely NOT one of them. They told me exactly what to expect and what they could do for me. Eric and Nicolas came out to my house. Expected it thoroughly and went right to work. Prior to them rectifying the issue, our radon levels were off the charts. Now our radon levels are almost non-existent. I had one concern after about four months of having the radon pump placed in our home. I called Radon Defense and Paul answered immediately. Unbeknownst to me, my concern wasn't a concern at all and my radon levels were fine. My issue was were addressed immediately and Paul assured me that Radon Defense will be with my and my family forevermore..... So refreshing. - 9/03/2024

Prior to moving into our residence, we reached out Radon Defense to do a radon inspection. I am so glad we did because our radon levels were sky high. I contacted Linda and she was wonderful — super nice, responsive and knowledgeable. We ended up also getting a mitigation system installed by the company (they offer various styles depending on preference and price point). Eric and Nicholas assisted with that and they were timely and kept me informed on progress. The Radon Defense team was amazing. Their service was professional, prompt, and made an immediate difference in our basement. They installed a system in our house that required relocating a passive pipe. Eric did an excellent job informing us about the process, installing the system, and educating us about how it worked. I highly recommend Radon Defense. From my first call through final installation of a radon mitigation system, they were professional, courteous, patient, and never high pressure. I had to get approval from my homeowner's association, which slowed things down for me, but Radon Defense worked with me and were ready to install the system as soon as I got approval. On the day of the installation, the crew was careful and did a very professional installation and cleaned up the work area. They then walked me through the system, explaining how everything works and what I should look out for to make sure it continues to operate.
