We have put in two radon systems in other homes so I knew basically how they work and the challenges. I called several places and even had one contractor come to start work. I knew right away they wouldn't work so we stopped their work. I was so pleased to find Radon Defense. Nick spoke my language (avoid the sump pump, good communication, running tests prior to install). Eric came and did a thorough, clean and very professional job. I have a tester and our radon ranged from 2.5 to 4. After install it dropped to .25. Great job!!! Worth the investment and you do not need to shop around. They showed up on time, explained everything they were going to install, and even helped put things back to the way they were before they started work. They were very professional. The radon mitigation system was installed in my basement, and it is out of the way, so it doesn't impact the functionality of the room at all.
